The whole sutff in Vault 101 and then escaping the Vault was fantastic. I was expecting the game to be epic. As soon as I left the vault it all turned to shit. Finding Daddy? What an awful idea. And Project Purity never got me interested, infact it's bored me so much I've given up on the main questline - Mojave Wasteland>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Capital Wasteland - Better Characters - Better Companions - Faction reputations instead of this karma bullshit. - Better enemies. Where are the deathclaw and cazadore nests, although if I did find them in Fallout 3 I'd have nothing to fight them with. - Better Weapons - Iron sights - Much more sidequests - Much better sidequests - MUCH more places to explore - Hardcore Mode is a big plus for NV - Better skill tree (or whetever it's called.)

	Fallout 3 was my first taste of the fallout series, so I was hooked right from the start. It was also the first game I played where I had many sleepless night just exploring all the metros and going for the achievements. I'm a fan of the BOS in fallout 3 where in new vegas they didn't have as much of a part as they did in fallout 3. In new vegas their factions drove me nuts, I could care less about who likes me and who doesn't, I think it deters from the game play experience of open world concept by forcing you to pick which route to go. Not that you will read this seeing as you made the post a few months ago, but I would say play the one you favor the most which is New vegas GOTY edition and then try out fallout 3. Both games are selling cheap....its fallout, you can't go wrong with either.
