Does anybody see the boots stats thing actually working?
for me it's a useless addition and it dosn't even change anything, i tried different boots and he just played the same boots are just boots i don't get it? | |

They do make a difference. If you give yourself 99 on every thing and then give yourself a pair of licensed boots. You will notice that your overall rating will be over 100. Therefore they do work.
