Links Performance

Has anyone had any performance issues with links 2003?

I'm running on a 1.5mhz with 768 meg of RAM and a 64 meg ATI AGP video card.

I'm getting sparatic performance...sometimes the redraws are fast and sometimes their slow.

Any help would be appreciated.
