Athena's Balm

I'm just wondering what the requirements are? I've read different things in different places and none of them work.

My Marie is currently level 20 and has:

Uni (L3)
Toadstool Powder (L3)
Flambeaux (L3)
Super Flambeaux (L3)

and she's using the healing staff - I'm currently saving for her Lunar Wand, but it's taking a while since I already saved the TP needed for the Railgun and Brave Dance (400 TP to go, hooray for grinding).

I don't know if the requirements I read were just wrong, but it's not on my skills list so I know it's not just the weapons she's using.

I double checked and I definitely have those levels. The second set of requirements I read were exactly what you told me. I might try levelling those two skills up one more level and see if that triggers it, because like you said I SHOULD have it by now, that's the whole reason I've been working on Marie rather than Aurica in Brosste.


I know about the chaining trick and waiting for the first round to gain AP, I'm getting between 10 and 30 TP per fight depending on how many enemies are so I've been getting to 1000TP pretty fast. I actually am using Felicia, York and Ayatane for chaining, I found that they get the highest chains. On a single enemy I can easily get a 100-120 chain if I put everything into the attack. Thank you for telling me though, I'm new to the game and every tip helps.
