MGS2 Challenge

Hey

In the GT3 forum they had quite a few challenges (they were tuning challenges) and they were hugely succesful and popular, so I was wandering why not have something similar for MGS2?? It can be to see who can complete the plant/tanker chapter the fastest, or collect the most dog tags or whatever in the shortest time, plus you cannot cheat (like with GT3) because you can use the clear code to verify it.

So what do you guys think? Anyone who visited the GT3 forum will probably know about the "GT3 Tuning Challenge".

yeah plus like when i try to go really fast i always screw up, but if i just go and do it without planning i amaze myself.

i have certain ways i get through each room,on extreme of course, its all i play on, and if you add all the time up for that and if it were done without failure, well than that would be great, i might even beat 19 minutes.

i can get through the tanker in 20 minutes and if you can do it faster than 17 minutes without cheating then i wont beleive you no matter what unless i see it myself.
that is if you play on extreme.

There are already MGS2 chalanges on other sites like the ones you mentioned and they are the only real challanges you can do. Other than seeing how many dead guards you can fit into a lift or sumat stupid like that

In GT3 there are LOADS of things that can be made into a challenge.
but.
How many SENSIBLE things can be a challenge for MGS2.

• Most killed
• Fewest alerts
• Least times you die
• Most dog tags in one play
• All of the above on different difficulties
• To name a few...

Come on - nobody can cheat - I searched the entire web when my clear code didn't work on konamijpn.com for a clear code, and I couldn't find one.

And, I just thought of another thing that there could be a challenge for, 3 of them: The Boss Survival mode. That covers the hardest parts of the game, and its relatively short. Plus there's 3 difficulty levels.

And as for all the junk about losing friends and starting arguments, why would you? Nobody can cheat, and its just a friendly challenge - and if you don't want to enter then dont. And all you will do is earn the respect of the rest of the people entering the challenge (for that specific challenge anyway)

So what do you think??? Give it a shot?
