please on the beach with parrots..im exactly at the stone under which is the hat and i have to extract the puppets..but i cant take it out of inventory; it says that the guy at the ship will shoot me instantly so its better to not take the dolls out..i kept trying a million of times anywhere at the island but it wont take them out from inventory..what im doing wrong?

I am experiencing the same problem. I know for absolute certainity that I have found the correct boulder. I too cannot pull out the puppets.
