18 wos alh mod

Hello everybody,
I have 18 wheels of steel: american long haul on my pc, and I want to make a mod myself.
I want to make a box in the game (for example under the map) where I can see the max. speed.
To make that mod I have two problems:

1st: How can I get a box in the game? (I want to link it with the map, so if I show the map, I also see the box.)
2nd: How can I see (in the save-game) where my truck is right now?

Ps. For the second problem; I now that my position stands in the 'cofig.cfg' file; after 'truck_placement: ', but my postition was first: (&c5192479, &3e2d960b, &46659c43) (&3ce05555; &b8c0f852, &3f7fe76b, &b9b61323)
then, I got forward a few feet and my truck placement was: (&c5192dfa, &3e33037b, &4665c7c7) (&3cdf3f8f; &b88243b2, &3f7fe7a8, &39aceb92)

I see that all te codes begin with &, but I don't know what the codes mean.

Pps. I don't know, maybe it helps you, but the codes were both in DALLAS.

I want to know where my truck is.
I think there are coördinates used for it.
The codes should be them i think.

But i noticed i have no sound for some reason...
I reinstall my sound driver about a month ago, maybe thats the problem?
