not sure if anybody really wants to know this but i found that you have to edit one of the files to say bDebugMode=True then in the game you press ~ and type in different things... such as
setstatusitemjellybeans ncount #
setstatusitemflobbermucus ncount #
setstatusitemwiggenbark ncount #
setstatusitemwiggenwell ncount #
setstatusitemgryffindorpts ncount # (change gryffindor to other house)
giveallcards (won't increse number of stamina bars though)
giveallspells

change the #'s for numbers... i think that was it..

the file you need to change (my advice keep a spare copy of this file incase you mess up your game) is in harry potter II (usually in My documents)and is called Game.ini or Game.int
