I'm stuck on the one part of the AVAFOR challenge where you have to evade 3 splinched (cut in half) ghosts where you have to jump on the different platforms but on the last jump I always miss!!!!!!! What do I do?

That took me a while to, when you jump onto that platform you can't jump to close to the wall - if you do you will fall. You have to jump toward the outside of the platform by the railing.

What do I do after I have opened the passage under the stone figure??? What about the ghosts too??

Ok so i went through the door under the stone gargoyle, got the spell, and came out into the main room again. I see the button that makes the gate open to exit, and i see the two statues that you can use avafor on. I don't know how to get the birds to land on the button. Please help

But to honestly answer your question, you have to push the spiked bridges down after transporting the two birds from their original statue-forming places. This will activate the gargoyle for you to fight him. Then he'll turn into a statue. When you use the Avifors spell on it, it will become a bird which will fly onto the button, opening the exit door.
