Nate23 - WWE Revolution [Raw Preview Up, Power 25 Updated] |
|
Backstory Dreamer going for the Dreamer Driver! He hits goes for a cover! 1-2-3! Dreamer wins the ECW Title! Dreamer has captured his first ECW title since the original ECW! Vince McMahon: Nice job Tommy but I have an important announcement for the future of ECW. Well as you know ECW is getting less and less superstars due to the smackdown and ECW superstar share. Now that also means that ECW is getting fewer ratings. So now I am very unhappy to announce that this will be ECW’s last episode. Tommy Dreamer: NO! Vince McMahon: But I do have some good news. WWE is going in to a new era, an era called WWE revolution. Next Monday on Monday night Raw, now Monday Night Revolution, we will have our selves a fantasy draft. The way this works is that every one will be taken off the roster and put onto a different one, or even put right back on their own brand. This Monday all titles will be vacated and handed to different superstars. WWE was changing. Vince’s announcement was revolutionary, hence WWE revolution. ECW was cut off and the two brands Monday Night Raw Revolution and Friday Night Smackdown Revolution were created. The WWE champion Triple H, the Intercontinental champion Kofi Kingston, World Tag Team Champions Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase and Women’s Champ Mickie James were all stripped of their championship gold. On Smackdown, World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk, United States Champion Matt Hardy and WWE Tag Team Champions John Morrison and The Miz, were also stripped. Everyone is going to be drafted to either Raw Revolution or Smackdown Revolution and they will all be graced with the presence of a…”new” superstar. WWE Revolution features some old superstars and some new ones. This truly will be a revolution. After Summer Slam Vince said that everything was going to change and he announced that four new titles were going to be introduced. Well, two old ones and two new ones. The first two are the cruiserweight and the hardcore championships. The two titles were taken out long before now. The new titles are part of the revolution. They were the smackdown and raw revolution titles. They were first defended at Unforgiven. For the smackdown revolution title, Shawn Michaels defeated Matt Hardy in long 40 minute singles match. Matt Hardy claimed he would take the title at No Mercy but he failed. He tried one more time at Survivor Series and failed again. He went into at 10 man battle royal and won to go to Armeggedon. Shawn Michaels prevailed in the match at Armeggedon and is still is the champion. Chris Jericho won the title at Unforgiven against CM Punk in a last man standing match hitting him with a sledge hammer in between the eyes. At No Mercy CM Punk wanted the title but so did John Morrison. They went into No Mercy in a triple threat match. Morrison won the belt. He defended it until Armeggedon and at the Pay-Per-View Chris Jericho won the title back after he beat CM Punk in a number one contenders match. Jericho now has to defend his title at the royal rumble. The criuserweight title was defended by Cody Rhodes after he was awarded it at Unforgiven. He defended it and still has it until this day. The hardcore championship has changed hands three times between Tommy Dreamer, who was first, then he lost it to Bob Holly who eventually lost it to Vladimir Kozlov who has the title now. PPV Events

re: Andreanate - WWE Revolution - Raw Show Up |
![]() The raw theme plays and raw starts with Jerry and Michael Michael: Hello world and welcome to Monday night raw! Tonight we have a show to die for. In a few minutes Randy Orton is going to tell us why he should be the number one contender. Also we have a few matches coming your way that may just shock you! King: There he is shhhh it’s Randy Orton Randy Orton: The WWE Championship has been out of my hands for too long. Steve Austin is not going to keep me from regaining my WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble. So tonight I want that title, and I’m going to get it tonight! I don’t care who I have to beat I will beat the likes of The Great Khali if I have too! (Boos start roaring) Randy Orton: Shut Up! I know you’re all just jealous of the fact that I am more supreme than you. You have not, you are not, and you never will be as supreme as me and I am. In fact I dare any one of these fans to challenge me now… Steve Austin’s music hit and the crowd went wild Steve Austin: Wow Orton you’re more supreme than the fans! That’s a good catch phrase. Well not really…You know, if wasn’t so damn stupid I think I would beat the hell outa’ you right now. But I am a little stupid so I’ll defend my title at the royal rumble instead of beating you now…oh a wait a minute…what makes you think that you’re getting a shot Randy Orton: Because I’m the legend killer Randy Orton. I was born to be a champion. Championship gold is in my blood. On the other hand Steve, what have you done to earn your title? Steve Austin: Well, lets see, the former champion was Triple H, and at No Mercy we went into a Hell in a Cell match Orton. You have competed in one of those haven’t you? Anyways my point is that you haven’t done anything to earn your shot so… The Rocks music hits and the crowd had some cheers and boos but mostly boos The Rock: Hello who are you? Randy Orton: I a… The Rock: IT DOESN’T MATTER WHO YOU ARE!!! The thing that matters is that I am here to challenge Steve Austin for the WWE Title and you aren’t! Randy Orton: What the hell do you think you’re doing?! You think you can just barge out here and claim you are the number one contender! Well you can’t! I am the rightful number one contender! The Rock: You are the number one dipshit that’s about it! Randy Orton: You son of a bitch! You think you’re so tough don’t you tough guy! Steve Austin: Okay, okay you guys. Don’t be dumbasses and beat each other up Randy Orton: I can’t stand how you both think you’re the legend killer Randy Orton, you can’t beat me and you know it! The Rock: Screw you I can beat you any where any time any place! Randy Orton: Tonight!!!! The crowd cheers and Teddy Long comes out Teddy Long: You guys have pretty big ego’s don’t you playas. So tonight we will have Randy Orton vs. The Rock! Now for the royal rumble we will have Steve Austin vs. Randy Orton The Rock: WHAT!!! Teddy Long: vs. The Rock for the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble. The crowd cheers in shock Teddy Long: Ok now that we got that settled, that Steve you don’t have a match either. So tonight it will be Randy Orton vs. The Rock with a special guest referee as Stone Cold Steve Austin! Good night! Randy Orton: This isn’t over…and Rock tonight, I just want you to know, I am going to come out the victor and prove that I am the number on contender, not you! Steve Austin: Well that’s kind of up to me now isn’t it Orton… Match 1 – Paul Burchill vs. Colin Delaney Paul Burchill: Before we start this match I just want to make it clear that I am officially declaring myself the winner of the royal rumble. This is just a warning no one should be alarmed. Paul Burchill starts out clothes lining Colin making him fall but Colin got up right away. Paul Burchill kept right on him with a Russian leg sweep. He then leg dropped Delaney and followed but with his finishing move. 1-2-3! Paul Burchill walked away the winner but before walking away he threw Colin out of the ring, picked up the steel steps and knocked them off Colin’s head. Backstage Promo Chris Jericho: Triple H… Triple H: Jericho… Chris Jericho: So why did you come back here again? Triple H: Well I wanted to wish you good luck but then I remembered I don’t like you! All the things I have been put through by you in the past few years, is unbelievable. Tonight is the night I get revenge! Chris Jericho: Right now I am the Raw Revolution Champion, and to me that is even better than the WWE Champion because…this is Raw Revolution… Steve Austin: So Jericho you think you’re better than me. Well I think not. Maybe Teddy Long needs to make your match a triple threat match so I can prove that I am the superior champion. Chris Jericho: Well Steve that would be a riot but you’ve already got a match. Steve Austin: Do you think I give a damn. One man once said to be the best; you’ve got to beat the best! And right now, you and me, we are the best so I’m just going to have to beat you to prove that I am better than you and that I’m the best! Triple H: Well you’re forgetting one little factor. I am in the match and I say that I am the best! And supposedly to be the best you’ve got to beat the best so tonight, Steve, Chris, in our triple threat match, we’ll see who the best is! Match 2 – Paul London & Brian Kendrick vs. The Miz & John Morrison for the World Tag Team Championships The Miz starts out with Brian Kendrick and The Miz over powers him in a lock up bringing him to the turnbuckle. After a couple of punches he backed up and ran at Kendrick trying to clothesline him, he missed and Brian Kendrick gained the advantage with a drop kick first and then he followed up with a hurricana and then he tagged his partner Paul London. Paul London and Brian Kendrick did a double DDT before Kendrick was forced out of the ring. Paul London tried to keep on The Miz but he was quickly clotheslined London and tagged out to John Morrison. John Morrison grabbed London and hit a swinging neck breaker on him. Then he put a figure four leg lock on London. He was very close to the rope so London grabbed it and Morrison was forced to let go. London got up limping but just like that Morrison hit a pile driver and went for the pin 1-2-broken up by Kendrick. The Miz came out of no where and hit Kendrick so hard that they both fell out of the ring! Morrison turned around and got rolled up! 1-2-kickout. Morrison got up and hit a superkick on London. 1-2-3! New Tag Team Champions! Back Stage Promo Kofi Kingston: So I here that I’m suppose to be in a triple threat match with you and Mysterio for that Intercontinental Title. Ken Kennedy: Yea, yea that’s very nice but you shouldn’t even think about walking out of the royal rumble with this title. I am Misteeeeeee Rey Mysterio: Mr. Loud Mouth. You think just because you have the title you’re walking out the royal rumble with the title? Well you can keep running you’re mouth and say that you’re going to win but when it comes down to it, I don’t think you can back it up! Ken Kennedy: I am Misteeeeeeee Rey Mysterio: Save it for the rumble pal. Match 3 – Triple H vs. Chris Jericho vs. Steve Austin Steve Austin and Chris Jericho went at it in the beginning as Triple H just got out of the ring and sat back watching. Steve Austin irish whipped Jericho in to the ropes and back dropped him onto the canvas leaving Jericho in pain. Steve Austin got out of the ring a went after Triple Hand Triple H ran for his life. Chris Jericho got out of the ring and stood waiting for the running Steve Austin and he clotheslined him paying him back for the back drop Austin hit on Jericho. Triple H got back in the ring trying not to get hit. Jericho got in the ring only to be pounded by Triple H. Steve Austin who was slow to get up got back in the ring and went after Triple H. Triple H was double teamed for about two minutes until Jericho hit Steve Austin with a code breaker! 1-2-kickout! Triple H took advantage of the kick out, and Chris Jericho’s frustration. Triple H knocked over Chris Jericho with a spear, and then hit two knee drops and went over to Steve Austin who was still downed. Triple H picked him up and irish whipped him into the ropes and he hit his knee to the face. Steve Austin was groggy and Triple H tried for the Pedigree and he missed Stunner! Triple H was down and out of no where came Randy Orton! RKO! Orton hit an RKO on Steve Austin! Chris Jericho covered Austin 1-2-3! Chris Jericho won the match by Randy Orton’s RKO. Triple H: Chris Jericho, don’t think you can walk away from this ring with out a fight! Chris Jericho: I did fight and I won unlike you scared coward that ran away half the match! Triple H: How bout’ this you wana fight Jericho , me you that title in your hands at the Royal Rumble? Chris Jericho: [Paused] You’re on! Steve Austin: Orton get the hell back here you have a match so get back in this damn ring before I make you! Randy Orton: I don’t have to do anything Austin! The Rock came up behind Orton and threw him in the ring. Main Event – The Rock vs. Randy Orton special guest referee Stone Cold Steve Austin Steve Austin grabbed a referee’s shirt and rang the bell. The Rock started out on top with Steve Austin’s help. They double teamed him. First Steve Austin hit his Stunner and The Rock took his sweet time hitting the people’s elbow. 1.2.3! Steve Austin counted fast and the match was over. Steve Austin: See what happens when you mess with me and my matches. Next time think about that. And at the Royal Rumble, you better think twice about RKOing me because if you do, you’re fate is going to be resting in my hands. By the way Orton, that’s not a good thing! Results: Paul Burchill def. Colin Delaney John Morrison & The Miz def. Paul London & Brian Kendrick to become new World Tag Team Champions Chris Jericho def. Steve Austin & Triple H The Rock def.
