re: |Hypnosis Productions Present WWE: No Mercy| PPV History/Hype Up!|

It all started at Unforgiven, one month after Triple H returned from his tore Quadricep, and the second chance for Randy Orton for John Cena's Championship. But his dream was quickly crushed by Triple H, who during the match attack John Cena, giving him the win by Disqualification, and retaining the title. An all out brawl broke out, before road agents, and referees come out and split them up, with all three men bloody. The next night on Raw, General Manager Jonathon Coachmen made the match for No Mercy, a triple threat, for the WWE Championship. For the next three weeks, one of the contenders would face the other two, meaning in that on the first night John Cena would face Randy Orton and Triple H. Cena fell to the number, and was pinned after a low blow form Randy Orton while the ref was being distracted. The next week Triple H was put on the lone side of the ring, and like Cena couldn't overcome the odds, after a brutal RKO folowed by a FU, was pinned. He rolled out of the ring and grabbed his sledgehammer, and came after Orton and Cena, but couldn't find them. Finally, it was Orton's turn to ride the lonely road, as he went against an angry Triple H, and readied Cena. But unlike his contedners and champ he overcame the opdds, and defeated The Game and The Champ. This sunday who will walk away the champ? Will it be the Legand Killer, Randy Orton, or will The Game, Triple H beat them both? Or can The Champ, John Cena overcome the odds, and hold on to his WWE Championship?

After Unforgiven, Batista's life became a living hell, as he had defeated The Great Khali for the World Heavyweight Championship, and on Friday Night Smackdown!, he was attacked during a match with The Undertaker, who slowly walked in to the back while Batista was being beatin'. The next Friday, Runjin Singh, Khali's manager, demanded a match with Batista for the World Heavyweight Championship. The Great Khali, and Rumjim Singh, would later particapate in a heated debate with Theodore Long on why they should have the title match. It seemed they would not be able to convince the General Manager, until they Runjin mentioning, that it was in there contract for a rematch. So, Theodore Long, made the match to take place at No Mercy, in a Punjabi Prison match. The Friday before No Mercy, had Khali and Batista in a warm-up match, in a No-Disqualification Match. It cam to an end wen neither men could answer a ten count and soon after both were assisted to the back by staff and Runjin, respectivally. At No Mercy, who will be the first to scale the 20 feet tall wall; The 7 foot 3 inches, Punjabi Giant scale the wall first, or will the Animal beat the giant in his own field?

The mastermind behind this match? Armando Estrada, who set up the Elimination Chase. Starting the night Tuesday after Unforgiven, with Elijah Burke, Tommy Dreamer, Kevin Thorn, and Stevie Richards. In each maych one man wouuld be eliminated until there was one, and he would face ECW Champion, CM Punk, at No Mercy in an ECW Extreme Rulez Match. In teh first match, Elijah Burke was elminated, after all three men ganged up on him. The next week segments seeing Tommy and Stevie talk about elimanting Kevin, and working together were seen. And that night they did just that, by using the numbers game. Finally, it came down to Stevie Richards and Tommy Dreamer, fighting nearly to the death, but Tommy got one step ahead and pulled pout the win, and would face CM Punk for the gold, until ECW General Manager, Armando, came out and said there was one more man Tommy had to beat: Big Daddy V. He came out and quickly destroyed Tommy and would be facing CM Punk instead. So can the Behemoth that is Big Daddy V win, or will the Straight-Edge Superstar, CM Punk, over come the odds and destroy him?

These to young men are destined to top gold, but which one wants it more? They will have to go through each other to find out. After winning the Intercontinental Championship on September 3rd, the next week Jeff Hardy set out an open challenge. It was quickly answered by former champion, Umaga, who gave Jeff a run for his money, but Jeff still came out on top. The next week the loud mouth, Mr. Kennedy answered the challenge, but said he wasn't clear to wrestle, tonight but would at No Mercy. Jeff agreed, but later wrestled Santino Marella in a non-title match, where he toyed with the fiesty Italion. The Raw before No Mercy, Jeff would be set to wrestle Carlito, but was attacked and sent home prior to the match by a masked-man. Mr. Kennedy would replce Jeff in the match and defeat Carlito. Afterword he would unveil that he was the attacker. Will the loud and cocky, Mr. Kennedy leave, with his first reign as Intercontinental Champion, or will the Rainbow Haired Warrior, Jeff Hardy return in time and put a boot in the mouth of him?

Once more we turn our clocks back to Unforgiven where the mismatch team of Matt Hardy and Montel Vontavious Porter defeated Deuce N' Domino for the WWE Tag Team Championships. The next week, on Friday Night Smackdown!, Matt Hardy would face Deuce in an evenly fought match, until MVP came out to distract the ref, trying to help Matt, when actually it helped Deuce, by letting him low blow, and get the pin. Later that night MVP would have a match, where Deuce would thank him for his help, against Domino. Half-way throught the match Matt would come out to the ring and stand there. MVP, now distracted by Matt unaware of what he might do, is knocked down and brutally attacked by Domino. Domino eventually gets the pin and both, Deuce and Domino attack MVP. Matt does come to the save, only to ensure MVP is okay. The next Friday, on an edition of the VIP Lounge, where he brought out his special guest: Matt Hardy. He thanks him for coming to his aid. The look like there as together as they can get. But then MVP begins yelling and screaming about Matt coming out during the match and distracting him. Matt simply replied, "I just came out to watch the match.". MVP completly goes over the line and attacks Hardy, but it backfires as a Twist of Fate is hit and MVP is left laying in the ring. The next week, the teams would switch partners, Deuce and MVP against Domino and Matt Hardy. The match ended in a double count-out when both Domino and Deuce refused to wrestle each other. But would return to the ring to attack MVP and Hardy, but road agents, ref, and other staff held back the two. Will the old-school, Deuce and Domino, come out with another reign, or will the love-hate team of Montel Vontavious Porter and Matt Hardy walk out with the gold around there waist, one more time?

Three weeks ago, The Redneck Wreckin' Crew set out an open challenge to face them for there World Tag Team Championships. One problem though, they had two teams answer: L&K Today and Cryme Tyme. So General Manager, Jonathon Coachmen, said that the challengers would wrestle in a 2 out of 3 series. With one match on each Raw leading up to No Mercy. The fisrt being tonight, where the larger team of Cryme Tyme dominated and got the pin, but help there fellow challengers to the back after the match. The next week, in the second match, more determined to win, L&K Today got the pin and the score of the second match was one and one. Raw, October 1st, the final match to determine who would face The Redneck Wreckin' Crew. Both challenging teams fought to the end, until it came down to a draw. Both men in the ring could not answer a ten count. The Coahc came out and announced both teams would face the champs in a Triple Threat Tornado Tag Match. Will the high-fly tema of L&K Today take back there gold, or will it be the money makin' team of Cryme Tyme, or will the local rednecks take advantage of the numbers and keep the gold.

Beauty and Strength; two things both of these divas are known for. After being beaten at Unforgiven, Beth Phoenix was entered into a 5-Diva-Battle-Royal to find out the #1 contender of the WWE Women's Championship and would face Candice Michelle at No Mercy, where she completly destroyed all four of the other divas. The next week in a diva tag match Mickie James and Candice Michelle would beat Beth Phoenix and Melin vis Disqualification, when Beth refused to back out of the corner and kept attacking Candice. Candice would take the Raw before No Mercy off to rest and recover, as Beth would beat Mickie James, in a singles match that night. Will the Glamazon, Beth Phoenix continue her riegn of terror by defeating the champion or will the sleek, and sexy Candice Michelle, over come the much larger diva, and walk away victorious?

The biggest, little man and the Belfast Brawler. Such a mismatch, with the speedy Rey Mysterio and the brawling of Finlay. While Rey was cofronting JBL in an interview, Finaly attacked him and would ultimaly grow to just hate Rey. The next week they would be in a singles match with JBL as special referee, where Finlay would win after JBL hit the Clothsline form Hell followe dby a Celtic Cross. The next week, General Manager, Theodore Long would host a heated debate between the two before there match at No Mercy. During the debate, Hornswoggle, crawled out of under the ring and attacked Rey with Finlay's Shillelagh. Rey would be assited to the back as Finaly and Hornsoggle laugh. Will the biggest little man that is the high-flying, quick strkiing Rey Mysterio win, or the will the Belfast Brawler, fight his way to a victory?
