take me step by step what you are doing

I am

Saving it when i start a New Game,

Exiting it,Closing EWR,Openning it later and their is No Save File.

Go to the folder where ewr is and look in the save folders e.g. s1, s2, s3 etc. is there anything in those?

Nope

ok open ewr. Start a new game. Save it and go back to the start screen. Don't exit. Hit the load game button. Does the saved game appear? If it does go into the EWR file folder and copy the saved game to another folder. Then exit. Then place the copied filed back into the save folder and start EWR and try to load it.

Nope,Nothing Appears in S1

Try this. Sort of similar to the last one. Start a new game. Don't exit or go to the start screen. When the calendar comes up check the file folder for a saved file.

The Calendar as in ? the screen with alot of buttons?

Yeah at the top says the date. Next day button. Then roster button, etc.

Are you using the scenario that came with EWR 4.2?

Never mind. I'm guessing you are using the scenario that came with it. Just for your info a scenario is the data that you can have in the game like wrestlers companies belts etc. They're on the first page of this thread with the other downloads. You can make the game be like for example wrestling in 1985, 1996, or other years. Back to your problem. The only thing I can think to tell you is to try re-downloading EWR 4.2 from all four links on the first page of this thread. Try each one you download. If that doesn't work come back here maybe someone else will have an idea. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

hey guys,I'm sorry for intruding on your board w/o permission,just I am sort of up a river with no paddle. You see I am really,really REALLY aching to play a game of EWR starting August 2002. Does anybody have a scenario like this?

Downloaded the '93 scenario yesterday. Does anyone know the start date for it? It seems to be a bit mixed up, not sure if it is meant to be for the start of the year, definitely before Wrestlemania though. Any ideas?
