tallteen86, please take this with all due respect, but you seem to have made a few posts lately that seem to be.... well, kind of on the snarky side. I'm not sure what you are hoping to accomplish by talking to people like that, but it just makes people not want to listen to what you are saying, which might very well be some valid points. Perhaps you should reconsider how you are coming across when you re-read your posts before pressing submit?

With that being said, the spotlights turned out to be a heck of a lot more work than we had realized at the onset. While I agree, that the terminology 'weekly' should be removed, I doubt very much there will be a "thread dump' subforum made for such a purpose, or even an anime spotlight subforum.

The thread is already stickied and is already what was originally envisioned, and as Solitaire (and myself while I was here) have said, we/she was more than happy to have people submit spotlights, we/she just wanted people to use the ones currently there as a template and submit them, after checking with her about the title first.

If you are concerned about it, I recommend asking to do a title and once you have an ok, go ahead and work up the spotlight, then we can have something new in there! :D
