Tsubasa Chronicle is 26 episodes long, with a movie that was released this summer in Japan called Tsubasa Chronicle: The prince of the Land of the Birdcage.

re: Spicy and Fresh - Anime Q & A Continues!

I'm looking for a mecha anime movie I watched in the past, but don't know the name of it. All I can remember is that the main mech was called something along the lines of "Dan Guyo". It's not spelt right, but it sounded something like that. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

And what does the word Akatsuki mean?

Could it possibly be this?

Link

First thing that came to mind when you gave that hint as to what it might be called.

Akatsuki... not too sure on the exact meaning, best I could come up with is something like dawn or daybreak. Although the dawn one would fit in more with what they're after in the series.

It wasn't exactly it, but I looked up Dangaioh on Google and found what I was looking for. It was a different series from the one on your link, but it had the same name, only without the "Great" part to it.

Your question does not quite fit the criteria of this discussion. =/

Akatsuki is the word for "dawn" or "daybreak" etc. :) One of the few words of Japanese I've picked up over the years. ^^

Question! In the uncut Sailor Moon S and Sailor Moon SuperS box sets released by Geneon/Pioneer, is the dub the same as the DIC version? I would assume it isn't, but I'd like this to be clarified. <_< >_>

I'll answer that question even if it's off-topic...don't see why you just didn't answer the question anyway.
I'd suggest Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop. You can download free trial versions from their websites, but after a while it'll cost you to keep using them. PM me if you want and I'll give you site links.

re: Spicy and Fresh - Anime Q & A Continues!

Girl on girl is also called yuri. In anime & manga it's very rare outside of hentai, although a couple of mainstream anime could be called yuri, most notably Steel Angel Kurumi.

Yeah that was going to be my nest question, what Yuri is there as I was reading some news about several series of Yaoi being release so figured there must be Yuri too.

Any other besides the one you mentioned? Its just I am trying to find out what anime this is from, if any: Shoujo Ai pic

re: Spicy and Fresh - Anime Q & A Continues!

I've seen a few others, one I know of that I have not seen may be "Revolutionary Girl Utena". One I have seen that could be classified as yuri maybe would be "Battle Athletes"-this one is rather hard to find though. Most of the others I can think of do have characters that are involved in such relationships but it's not the general theme of the series.

Unfortunately no, but that logo with "Shuffle!" in the lower-left corner may be a clue as to what the title is. To me it just looks like a drawing by an artist not from any particular anime but that's just my opinion.
