All he has done is rush in at the last moment stop and attack or two and then take Ichigo off somewhere safe the first time and then play around with Yammy the second time. -------------------

	No, he still has a bankai up his sleeve. One that 'isn't suitable for training' so it's either insanely powerfull, or it changes his fighting style [kindda like how Ichigo is supposedly* very fast]. *but he only was when he fought Byakuya. -------------------

	You've got a point actually. I hadn't really picked up on that before. His speed was incredible during that Byakuya fight, however since then, he seems to be a similar speed to everyone else. Perhaps his opponents are just quicker now. ------------------- _last.fm

	If the opponents got quicker, than all the other (co-)captains became quicker too, right? If you ask me he just needs to take his time to master his Bankai, not rush into one battle after another. -------------------

	Well, considering that they're technically running out of time, he doesn't have the time actually master his bankai. Byakuya said that it takes at least 10 years of training to master ones bankai. 	i just started reading the manga(on chapter 215) but if Aizen, Tousen, and Gin create a whole party of Vasto Lorde (Vastrode) can they really control them?? since they being very strong Or will they follow Aizen's order or just do their own thing??

	You have to remember that Ulquiorra also has a released state, and Ichigo cannot remain in his masked form for long.
