My neighbour Totoro

I remember watching this thing YEARS ago. I cant hardly remember it...but, I managed to remember enough to go on a site about it! Its kinda weird, about 2 girls moving to a new house in the country, where they are a load of super weird creatures! Has anyone actually seen this? I kinda doubt it...

Same here lol the only thing I remembered was the cat bus thing, so I went to a search engine, typed in Cat bus, then it all came back to me! Well, not ALL...

A wonderful film from the fantastic Studio Ghibli and legendary director, Hayao Miyazaki. In fact, the logo for Studio Ghibli is a drawing of Totoro himself.

I was disappionted that FOX didn't see fit to release it as a hybred disc. I'm hoping once the rights shift over to Disney, that they might give it the release it deserves.

There was another thread on this, but since it only had two posts, I decided to let this one stand.

Anyway, I first saw this film years ago. I then used it o get my niece and nephew started on anime. They still will occasionally wander around the house singing the theme song.

I consider it a classic along with Ghibli's other films of; Spirited Away, Castle in the Sky, Kiki's Delivery Service, and Princess Mononoke.

Heheh... I wonder what would happen if you didn't have exact change. I think it is the furry inside of that bus that gets me.

I like the development of the dust bunnies from Totoro to Spirited Away.

Favorite Ghibli movie, and always will be. n.n Can watch it over and over and not get bored, tends to get me emotional too. ^^;
