I only watched the first five episodes, please don't spoil it for me.

I usually avoid this thread because of all the moaning and bitching about the manga but am I right in thinking there was no chapter out this week?

Kubo changed his attitude, this Sasikibe is now the first real dead good guy in current storyline (instead of in flashbacks)

it only took Kubo almost 500 chapters to kill one of the good guys.

also, return of Nel and Halibel.

I'm more happy that Nel and Harribel didn't just disappear completely and are back in the series.

Now we just need Grimmjow. Couldn't give two shits about Yammi, though.

But Sasakibe dying was a nice touch, too. Now if only he'd kill off a vice-captain I actually care about. Or better yet, a captain. Yamamoto and Ukitake might as well have giant targets on their backs, but I'd love to see Hitsugaya bite it as well.

107 deaths that I don't care one bit about because I didn't know any of the ones that died, and Sasakibe has done absolutely nothing within the series other than that one time he got beaten by Ichigo during the Soul Society arc.

Yeah. Sorry. It doesn't do it for me. I'll be satisfied when Kubo writes a death that actually has an emotional impact on me because I either liked that character or thought he or she was particularly important to the story, not the characters in the story.

For the record, I don't particularly care about Hinamori either.

Like I said, Vice-Captain that's actually done something (Matsumoto, Renji, Rukia), Any of the Captains, or one of the other major characters like Ikkaku.

Until then, let the body count of nameless people we've never even seen grow higher.
