I personally never have, but my girlfriend has a couple of times. It depends on how much you order in one go (ie. how expensive the contents of one box is). You're never garunteed to get a customs charge though. When packages arrive at the airport they'll literally just check a couple of them, so you could have a massive order and get off lucky.

One of the good things about Mandarake is you NEVER get a customs charge. Why? Because on the packaging they will always (without even requesting) they'll list the worth of the contents as being much much lower than it actually is, so you never get charged customs
