	Log in to remove this sponsored message Iskander went out like a true King, although I was kind of disappointed that he didn't land a hit on Gilgamesh. I knew it was coming, but- still... When Alexander was taking that last charge at Gilgamesh on the bridge...epic stuff .-. Gilgamesh is a boss as always, sparing Waver ;o Saber vs Berserker was anticlimactic, but Kirei vs Emiya delivered imo. Can't wait for the final episode, will be sad to see it end.

If the Saber-Berserker fight hadn't still been ongoing I would have swore I accidentally skipped an episode. It really felt like they cut out an entire chunk of things that happened. 	Santoryu, is it me or did the show really end with the GilvRider fight? These last two episodes were like epilogues to tie up the loose ends. The main plot was done. No one cared about the Grail. Kanon, I felt like this was one of the easier to understand parts actually. 	Right-o Pheonyx. Spoiler:Le explanation Iri was the Lesser Grail, which holds all the spirits of the servants because the Greater Grail, the big black ball in the sky, is the actual Grail, and only shows up when someone wins, Gilgamesh 'won' when SEIBAH used all her Mana on Excaliblast breaking the Lesser Grail. Kiritsugu did not know the Greater Grail and Lesser Grail were different things. Why is the omnipotent wish granting device bleepING EVIL? Because in the 3rd war, someone bleeped up and summoned Angry Manjew, also known as all the evils in the world. When Angry Manjew died(Because he was actually a total pussy due to circumstance), he went into the grail like any servant, and it got slightly corrupted by, you know, HOUSING ALL THE EVILS IN THE WORLD. Also, it somehow decided to grant his wish of 'KILL HUMANITY', so, no matter what wish you make, Grail-kun will be too busy granting 'KILL HUMANITY' because that one has been waiting in line for a while. I totally forgot how it ended up getting dispelled before it could fully grant that in both wars though. It only managed to total a city here. Also, Gilly once said 'I'm so awesome, even all the evils in the world could not corrupt me'. As you can see, he was telling the truth, he got bleeping bathed in that stuff. Something along those lines. And now onto the episode Spoiler:And now onto the episode itself Kirei almost breaking his Poker face when he gave Rin the dagger. 	Kanon Spoiler:Don't forget to mention (stuff that wasn't explained in the anime contained) Angry Manjew is the reason evil servants like Caster/Zero can be summoned. Before it was only benevolent Heroic Spirits. Also I thought Seiba actually won. The way I read it, Kiritsugu won (seeing as how Kirei died and all), but when he rejected Angry Manjew, Angry Manjew was all "bleep you I'ma revive this dude" and he granted Kirei's wish to burn shit to the ground. But only in part, because he didn't actually win or something stupid like that. 	Spoiler:Final Ep Spoilers IIRC there was something in FSN that mentioned that after a while the grail would appear on its own anyway. It had already manifested to a degree while both Kiritsuga and Kirei were still alive (along with their servants) and simply choose Kiritsuga to be its bearer, who then rejected it. As I figured, this was the wrap up episode. Still, it was worth it and now what is such an amazing series has now ended. Gil finally had his ego boasting truly tested by the grail and just shrugs it off. Though quite why his armour had vanished is a mystery, since it's pretty obvious he still has it somewhere. Noticed some discrepancy in relation to the Saber vs Gilgamish "battle" as depicted here and then in the original Fate/Stay Night anime though. Since in the original, they're pictured having a proper fight in the midst of the blazing inferno but in Zero Saber vanishes before the city is destroyed and before that Gil's clearly just toying with her. Can't remember right now how that is depicted in the FSN VN though so it could just have been the animation studio going off-track with it. Also, Aoi was still alive. =0 Although clearly not in the best frame of mind. I suppose almost getting killed might do that to you. Btw, saw this comment posted by someone called Peniblec at UTW's release.
