It's 10 USD for a name change, but you can get one for free if you've ton loads of contributions to the NeoWikis (over a 100 I think? Don't quote me on that though), OR if you've contributed more than 15 Fanarts (but they have to be at a frequent rate, eg. at least two in the past few months).
100 edits is pretty small time, though. I think it's more on a case by case basis.
Sorry I've been like.. dead. I watched the first two episodes of My Bride is a Mermaid out of curiosity (obviously not on my computer since the crack got worse) and I actually really enjoyed it. The opening has been stuck in my head ever since I watched it.
How ROMANTIKU are you?

Yeah, it's unlikely you'll reach 75kb in 100 edits unless those are incredibly huge edits.
Yeah well, like I said I wasn't really sure, but the link clarifies thing I'm gonna submit a bunch of fanart over the next few weeks/months and get a name change that way. I've already got 14 submissions, but my last one was years ago.
Protip: Adding images to articles also add to your byte count, so if you find an article lacking pictures, you'll read 75kb much faster

I was too lazy to do any of that stuff. I just made a new account.
I don't think there are such limits. At the time Redemption made that blog post, all Neowikis were based on game franchises, except for the general Neoseeker wiki. Anime and TV related Wikis were made after.
And you'd be hardpressed to find any franchise with a Neowiki that doesn't have a related game.

re: General Anime Discussion XIII: WHAT IS THIS WRATH?
Fate/stay Night = Fairly decent adaptation. Pretty good as a standalone work Fate/stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works = Passable adaptation. I wouldn't recommend it as a standalone work because of terrible pacing. Shingetsutan Tsukihime = Terrible adaptation. Enjoyable as a standalone work.
This is the opinion of someone who watched Tsukihime and F/SN before playing has played their VNs.

That'd be Cecilia Alcott a.k.a. Britain. I find everything about her adorable.
p123 - If you like those kind of action-adventure series, I'd recommend (in order of series length) Busou Renkin, Gurren Lagann, Fullmetal Alchemist, Hunter x Hunter and Yu Yu Hakusho.
Though of the 5, HxH is least recommended since the pacing is slow.

So I caught up on Hanaslut and Kamisama Dolls. I should be more surprised at that flashback but I'm not.
Spoiler:KamiDolls Ep 7
That teacher had death flags written all over her. I was already expecting rape because of Mastix and Toast, though.
Only thing I couldn't stop thinking was that she looks like Ur, died to save her white haired student and the dark haired student hates the white haired one. She just needed to be voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro.

re: General Anime Discussion XIII: WHAT IS THIS WRATH?
Every character in OreImo not named "Kirino Kousaka" helps make the series not terrible. Also, Kirino hardly appeared in the extra eps, which also helped.
You'd be surprised. I saw a Spongebob toaster the last time I walked into a Myer's store. Also, I'd rather buy K-On branded jam than a toaster so that I can eat the same flavoured toast that Yui does when she's late for school. ;_;

I like the fact that Tohsaka's three classmates don't appear anywhere other than the Prologue. Maybe we'll see if they show up in F/HA when if it gets translated.
