Gray and Juvia get married, Lyon is saddened and flees to Edolas to score with the Edolas Juvia.
Laxus becomes guild master, Fairy Tail becomes more badass as a result.
Lucy does things. Maybe...
Erza fights off all of Jeliel's enemies and they get married and have the most badass baby ever.
And Elfman fights the Devil, becoming the ultimate Take Over mage. And something about marrying Evergreen.

And then all the males all join together for a omake yaoi orgy with a large banner that says "For Quierta" And then all the females come in and make it a regular orgy.
