Your fourth and tenth pics are from one of my favorite mangakas - Ayano Yamane. She is a mainly yaoi artist. Those pics are (IIRC) Fei from the Target in the Finder series. I've been searching for her now out of print artbook - it's a hard find, and it's expensive, but I'm looking anyways.. one of these days.... her art is beautiful...
Edit: Just checked my Target in the Finder manga. His name is indeed Fei; Fei Long Liu to be exact. ^___~ Here's one of my favorite pictures by Kazuya Minekura.
