i agree with this here, aizen did say the hogokyo (dunno how its written) evolves with fear, or something along those lines if aizen feels fear of ichigo he now can evolve again, but if kubo goes pokemon then no more than 2 evolutions

Well technically Aizen started off as a Shinigami then evolved into Metapod and now he's Butterfree, so by that logic he's done

Besides in last shonen battles, at least one upgrade is required during the fight.

in laymans terms: if kubo went pokemon then aizen is charizard and ichigo is blastoise, if he did not went that way then there is a chance of him obtaining a new form, also we are not sure that aizen has a bankai he probably was named capitan under the influence of his shikai

That would the logical thing to do. But since this is a shonen, Ichigo's just going to stand there like a jackass while Aizen evolves into...METAL BUTTERFREE. Or something.

I also seem to recall that Aizen can't just pull shit out of his ass. At least, in a sense. He can't actually change reality, since he always needed someone to take his place while he made others see him. I would guess that given that no-one else is there but the two of them, Aizen can't do too much, since Ichigo can just sense his Reiatsu to know where he really is.

I don't know. If Aizen can control all senses, he can probably control what Ichigo senses too. It's not really a limitation if Aizen doesn't need somebody to take his place either - he could just have Ichigo hack at a rock or air or something. Just depends, I guess. If I recall correctly, during the SS arc when Aizen was first revealed as a live when Unohana and her lieutenant had arrived after Hitsugaya got stomped, Aizen pulled out the corpse dummy that Unohana had been investigating. Unohana incorrectly surmised it was the corpse, but Aizen said it never existed in the first place. So Aizen can make his own body appear from nothing.

It just depends on whether he can block Ichigo's abilities to sense reiatsu. Which he probably can.

Except that Ichigo grabbed Aizen's sword which nullifies the effect. Additionally, it seems Ichigo has become adept at sensing reiatsu (which is not part of the five senses, it is a skill), so Kyoka Suigetsu's powers are about useless now.
