I don't think Gin's Bankai worked on the stone and Aizen will probably regenerated from the stone and laugh a "I'm more clever than you" laugh. Aizen will say something like that was my old weakness, now I have no weakness. Aizen is going to pimp slap Gin back to big breast lady and they will have a nice long look at each others beat up bodies. Then Aizen will start chasing Ichigo's friends again.

I dunno, but Gin sure looks cool.

Oh and I think they say "poison" because Gin's sword probably takes the shape of a snake or his personality is like a snake.

Aizen has to overcome it somehow, i mean why bother giving him so much power and getting ichigo to learn the FGT if he is going to die that easily. Doesn't make too much sense to me. The stupid crystal will heal him...AGAIN!! then he'll chase ichigo's friends and wen he's about to strike, guess who shows up? TESSAI!! then he'll get beat and Ichigo will come again but unable to save the day. Aizen will make the key and the last arc will be in the kings realm.
