This game worth getting back?

So I've been thinking about getting a used copy of mw2 back, as I sold mine forever ago. Either this or blops again. I even considered getting cod4 for the sake of old times.



I was wondering though, because I know from experience how bad the hackers get once a new cod game comes out. How bad are the negative factors in these games right now? Nuke boosters, danger close OMA classes? Elevator glitches. What's going wrong right now, what's to watch out for, and are any of these older games worth scooping a copy?

It's funny...

1. I just left a MW3 thread, and it's discussion was over whether or not MW2 was better then MW3.

2. Most of what everyone posted was how MW2 is full of hackers, OMA, nukes, and bullshit.

3. I come to the MW2 forum and begin to read the thread titles.

4. Nothing but threads complaining about #2.

Anyways.

The answer is No. I played last weekend and it wasn't the same at all. I remember the days when i would be so excited to come home and play MW2 and enjoy it.

Not anymore. Its nothing BUT bullshit now, for me anyways. I played Hardcore TDM a few matches, got pissed, switched to core, played Domination, got pissed, switched to Core TDM, got pissed again, pressed eject and played MW3.

I'm back on MW2 again and the only problem i still notice is the f***ing quickscopers. Its not that they are difficult to deal with, we all know 99% of quickscopers (yes, thats most likely you) are shockingly bad players, but its just getting really old and irritating. really stops me getting into the game.

Like if you visited the cinema and every time you went some over-excited sugar rushing kids were just running around acting stupid and getting in the way. Its tedious, tiring and boring.

Oh, and get maybe 2 or 3 quickscopers in your team and you can practically guarentee a loss. Simple as that. They just ruin the game.

MW2 is the more fun game, Just recently got back into after months of MW3, and yes this game seems to run smoother then MW3 for some reason, oh and its always fun noob tubin someone halfway across the map.
