-Not impossible to use, but not too easy.

-Not hard to use, but you can't spray 'n' pray.

-High damage, not to common to be a problem.
***- TAR-21
-High damage, but enough recoil to balace.
**- FN FAL
-Pretty hard to use if you haven't used it before.
**- M16A4
-Does minimal damage even with 3 shot burst.
****- ACR
-NO recoil but low damage, unfortunatly, there's SP
∅- FN 2000
-VeryveryVERY hard to use, at least in my experience.
**- AK-47
-Hard to unlock, rarely used, and fair amount of recoil.
Sniper Rifles
**- Intervention
-Lot's of damage, but hey, it's a sniper.
****- Barrett .50 cal
-Semi-auto sniper. Same damage as the Intervention.
**- WA2000
-Low damage, medium recoil, semi auto, rarely used.
**.5- M21 EBR
-Rarely used, little recoil, doubletap sniper.
Sub-Machine Guns

-Decent rate of fire, not great damage though.

-Veryveryvery easy to use. Like a 2hk at close range.
**- TDI Vector
-Quite a bit of recoil, low damage, high ROF.

-Low damage, high ROF, not too nooby but w/ akimbo...
**.5- Mini Uzi
-A decent gun that won't win long range battles.
Machine Pistols
*.5- PP-2000
-Nothing sticks out here, but it's hard to kill with it.
***.5- G10
-Huge recoil, high ROF, but akimbo makes it noobier.
***.5- M93 Raffica
-Pretty easy to kill with it, 3 shot burst deals damage.
**.5-TMP
-Rare, just an average machine pistol.
Shotguns
***.5- SPAS 12
-Pump shotty, very high damage. Good spread too.
****.5- AA-12
-Anything up close has no chance. Can't even knife before dying.
**- Striker
-Low damage, poor range, high recoil, but nonetheless close range 2 shots eassiily dominate.
****- Ranger
-By itself because it has tiny ammo capacity and slow reload, not bad, but with akimbo... smh
***- M1014
-Lot's of damage, easy 2hk at close-medium range.
****.5- Model 1887
-With akimbo it's sad to see in a match. Overpowered, over ranged.
Light/Heavy Machine Guns
**- L86 LSW
-Not common, low damage, low recoil, decent reload time for an LMG.
***- RPD
Slightly overpowered, but not overused.
**- MG4
-Personally I loveeee it with ACOG, but I don't think I've ever seen it in a lobby I wasn't using it in...
***- Aug HBAR
-Uncommon, small magazine for an LMG, decent damage and recoil.
**- M240
-High ROF, decent recoil, rare, low damage.
Grenade/Rocket Launchers
*.5- AT4 HS
-Not abused or exploited, doesn't work well against killstreaks or people.
**- Thumper
-On one hand it does give extra grenades, but is slow to fire and reload.
*- Stinger
-Great launcher, but not nooby at all. Only works on flying killstreaks.
*- Javelin
-Hard to use, kills you sometimes, rare, and slowwww.
****.5- RPG-7
-Takes no skill, and sometimes people shoot it randomly and get multikills.
Hand Guns
**- USP .45
-Not hard to use, a good backup weapon when you can't reload.
***.5- Colt .44 Magnum
-Akimbo really gives it a high-ish rating, too easy to rapid fire spray and kill.
**- M9
-Not hard to use, basically same as USP but with a ton of ammo-15 rounds for a pistol.
**- Desert Eagle
-Tons of recoil, so it's not common, but high damge.
Gun Attatchments
***********************************- Grenade Launcher
-Ahh the dreaded nube toob. Worst thing in the game. OMA makes it worse. Can be used correctly to clear troublesome rooms with several campers or something like that, but not the way it is used. Takes no f*cking skill whatsoever.
*- Red Dot Sight
-It's a sight, how is it nooby?
****- Heartbeat Sensor
-It would be just fine if it was used right, but it's only ever used by stupid campers.
*- ACOG
-Again, just a sight.
**- Silencer
-Not nooby at all, but protects you from being too easily hunted by the entire enemy team
*- Holographic Sight

*- Thermal Scope
-JAS
*.5- Shotgun (Master Key)
-Hard to use, low damage, usually a 2hk but with good range
*- Extended Clip
-Not nooby, just less reloading.
*- FMJ
-Not nooby, just better bullet penatration to kill the stupid campers through walls.
****- Akimbo
-Usually very nooby, exceptions are most submachine guns, USP .45, and... that's it.
***- Tactical Knife
-Depends. For MLCT? 5. For a sniper that needs to move place to place? 2 maybe?
Riot Shield
*- Riot Shield (Primary Weapon)
-Actually, not as nooby as you would think. Very difficult to use, it's rare, and easily defeated. Plus has no range whatsover.
Melee
*- Combat Knife
-Nope. Not unless MLC.
Equipment
*- Frag Grenade
-Uncommon, low damage and radius.
**- Semtex (Sticky Grenade)
-Decent damage and radius, can't throw as far though.
**- Throwing Knifes
-Hard to use, not exploited, but fun.
*- Tactical Insertion
-Not nooby, doesn't usually help at all.
*- Blast Shield
-Actually, a verrrrryy good defence against nooby d*cks. Noobtubes can't kill you in one shot with this.
**- Claymore Mines
-Can't use more than 2 at a time, not bad unless camping.
*.5- C4
-Hard to use, doesn't throw far at all.
I made this about a week ago, I know, it's just a couple years old. I had not played MW2 for a longgg time, then I decided to hop back on, and now I play all the time. Lot's of the annoyances have kind of faded away. Anyway, I made this, and I would like to hear your oppions about it. So please leave any comments you have about this, corrections, etc. Also if someone wanted to add both normal and pro versions of perks, that would be fantastic.
