Probably playing a Free For All on Rust.. small level with a lot of deathes and kills.... everyone usually gets 15+ kills.. anyone can manage it

I'm not sure which gametype is best for leveling. But to level quickly the bottom line is that you have to be good & get a lot of kills.

It helps to complete challenges. Try different weapons & complete challenges for them, perk challenges, equipment challenges, etc. Also calling in a lot of killstreak awards nets you experience & challenges & gets you a lot of kill exp. But, again, you have to be good. Just practice & get better first & foremost.
