	Spoiler: Spoilers Yeah, that's the one thing that didn't make any sense to me. The EMP was supposed to have fried all the electronic equipment and weaponry that the Russians had in Washington D.C., so Price's intentions were to help the U.S. forces there. That seems strange to me, as the EMP would have affected the U.S. troops fighting there as well. It also caused that additional problem of killing their radio equipment, meaning Ramirez's squad was unable to radio the fighters coming in that they were retaking the White House, which would have saved them the trouble of that one sequence where you have to rush to the roof with the green flares. ------------------- If we don’t make it alive, Well, it’s a hell of a good day to die. I think it helped more than it hurt. Spoiler: Intentions Remember that Price wanted to end the war.
