I expect so. It's the last time I get a big game from a shop, from now on I only order big games online

Depends. You could, unlikely, get it early but I reckon Tuesday is the big day for most people.

I know people who get games early on play.com, but i might be mistaken

It should come Monday. If people are getting theirs early then i don't see why some need to wait for release day, i doubt it. Mine was shipped yesterday so i'm hoping for it on Monday too

Yes, the leaderboards for multiplayer will be reset on the tuesday.

Usually, Play.com use Royal Mail for their deliveries.
Because of the strike, they decided to use couriers, who are told to hold onto it until Tuesday

My game said it was posted on the 5/11/09 - Thursday
I have just checked now and it says posted: 8/11/09 Today

Whats all that about??

Doesn't matter that was the orders given to the couriers that are delivering this game. Regardless of if the strike is on or off the couriers are to stick to that ruling. Play/GAME and others using couriers are not going to tell them to deliver early now the strike is off as it's their duty as a retailer to respect the release date.

Play.com do that alot they just update their databases to compensate for the delay. It's to let you know something is still happening despite how off putting it may be.

But you do realise that so many people have actually had their copies delivered all throughout the week right? So to me it doesn't sound like they are sticking to the ruling too much
