	This might seem simple, but I would suggest a Golem. One that focuses on Defense. The reason for this is that it works with the Golems natural Stone Skin. Once you hit 999 defense the stone skin will make the game act like he has more than 999 because the Stone Skin does stack with it. If you wanted to take it even farther you could look for as many of the Element abilities too... Wind, Water, Fire, Earth... as many as you can get. They all raise resistances as well as damage done with all the various attacks involving them. While raising the sore of creature I would give him Life, Power, and Accuracy in that order of importance. What this is making is a counter monster. You sit back and try to counter any incoming attacks. You might only get a third of incoming attacks but that does not matter. Once he is maxed out you have a good tool for going deep into the +dungeons. Now a lot of things depend on how far you are into the game. If you are not that far then just put defense on the top of your priorities instead of working your tail off to hit 999 defense. All through the game this sort of monster will be an asset to any group of monsters and can fare well in the arena as well. Not a lot of monsters given here, but hope it gets you some ideas,
