Renovated Rule List [7/4/03] No Spamming!Spamming can be defined as going off the specified topic. Go to the general discussion if you think something is slightly off topic. If it is way off topic then don't post it at all. Thread topics: if you have any questions about a new thread duplicate, refer to the index created by eaglefire6.
Ex. "I have hydrophobia, how do I cure it?" To a topic by the name of "What is your favorite Yu-Gi-Oh! card?"
- Online duels can now be considered spam, due to the creation of the miscellaneous games.
- Advertising is hyperlinking to a site other than neoseeker. Advertising through signatures is completely fine. When you flood the forum advertising your guestbook, sites, or neohome, that's spamming.
No Flaming! Flaming can be defined as arguing in a heated manner through swearing, over-emotional posts, and general fighting with the other forum members. DO NOT aggravate one another. If someone is flaming you then please take it outside this forum [IM or NeoPM] because if it continues the posts will be edited or deleted at the discretion of the moderator and you will both (or all of you will) receive temporary bans or warnings depending on the severity. I encourage all members viewing a flame-fest to make good use of the report [ ] button or to NeoPM me so that I may deal with it as soon as possible.
Ex: "Go away! You are not wanted nor is your *bleep*ing opinions!."
No Double Posting!Please do not double post. Double posting is posting twice consecutively. Its unneccessary, if you wish to add on to the discussion and are the last person to have posted simply edit [ ] your post.
Ex: [23rd post in thread] randomness45: I want a hot dog real bad.

Do not use Profanity!Profanity and any other form of vulgar language will not be tolerated here, posts containing vulgar language will be edited or deleted first with a warning, action will be taken upon any further offenses. Children visit this forum as the rating of Eternal Duelist's Soul suggests and do not need to take in some vulgar language as part of their vocabulary. Members: If you see any form of profanity whatsoever in posts, please swing it to the moderation queue by using your report [] button located on the bottom-right hand of a message.
Ex.: *bleep* you.
Do not Memberate!Memberating can be described as becoming a self-appointed moderator by dictating actions of another member or moderator. If you see something that needs to be dealt with, leave it to the moderator and swing it to moderation queue [], do NOT take it upon yourself to get into an argument.

As of May 27th, the administration choose me to moderate Yu-Gi-Oh! Eternal Duelists Soul. One of my primary functions is to keep order, and to do that, I must restore it to what it was when eaglefire6 was in office. To do this, unfortunately, I must delete some of the flame posts and infamous fighting within the game threads. Most of the members have made an effort to stay away from this, and will not experience a post count drop. However, you will receive a PM from me if your post will be deleted. Spamming will most likely be left there as there was no moderator present to lead the members in the right direction. You will however, receive a reminder.  Furthering that - no-one will recieve a warning or ban because of this.
Rules have been updated.

I'm usually on for 8 hours during the day and 12-15 hours during the weekend. Feel free to contact me through NeoPM. In addition, if I am NOT on, please swing offensive posts to the moderation queue using the report feature, I will be sure to deal with it as soon as I am able.

As many of the posts in the general deck strategy and design dictate, I've been required to edit some posts in this thread. Fear not, no foul launguage was deleted, it's merely that many have forgotten the virtue to respect others. By this I mean - STOP QUOTING DECKS. As eaglefire has said before me, it slows down 56k members and clogs the thread. It's unneeded! Warnings will be given if this continues.

First off, the Duelist Kingdom thread serves no purpose other than a spammed challenge thread for threads which this forum doesn't even cater too. At exactly 7:15 WST June 02, this thread will be moved.----------- June 06 Regarding Stupid Q & A
I understand that the object of this thread is to not have to think up an intelligent response, but the amount of crappy answers is getting out of hand. Unless it relates to Yu-Gi-Oh, the answer will be deleted. I don't want any immature answers like quote'she's a lesbo' either. The amount of responses that have this content is forcing me to contemplate whether to close the thread. If that happens, members involved will receive a short ban.
Regarding Flamatory Remarks in DS & D
Do NOT provoke the members of this forum. Insults such as 'moron' are obviously not going to be tolerated in this forum. Sole posts such as that will result in an immediate ban.
