Yet another rule suggestion. Do you think the form people fill out should include details of a file size change if any? Here's an example of what I mean.

Normal copyright laws I guess. If you've changed it significantly (eg. changed the colours, combined multiple images together, and distorted the image) then it's more likely to be acceptable. Likewise if its a photo you got from Google search, people are less likely to complain than if it's from Deviant Art or similar. 'Cause, y'know, that's someone's artwork and they don't want people claiming it as their own.

Hmm... I've done this a couple of times, but usually only once the person who called it has posted theirs. Often, I take the challenge up because I enjoy image manipulation and it's good practice for the bit of web-designing I do; and once you've done the piece, surely it's good to post it to give the asker more alternatives? I wouldn't feel bad if I did a piece and then someone else did one which was chosen instead - I'd regard it as an indication that I could've done the request a little better, and that what I did was good practice nonetheless!
