	I suggest you quite bitching since the people that do requests are taking time out of their lives to do something for you, simply out of the kindness of their hearts. (Unless, of course, you get something that runs along and does it quickly just to hopefully win the 'volunteer of the month' award, which in that case, shouldn't.) -------------------

True, but I've seen the results the the comments. There's a lot of a half-ass efforts out there and you can see the dissapointment from various requesters. 	I can't speak for Alex, Jake and Jameson but I'm fairly sure the "Volunteer of the Month" is determined by looking at the quality AND quantity. In the same way in which would wouldn't want to award the title to someone who fulfilled all the requests with shitty cut and paste jobs, you also wouldn't want to award the title to someone who did one amazing request all month long versus someone, who although not as talented, fulfilled a large number of requests with OK-Good quality. It's all about balance tbh. Perhaps in the the forum rules and procedures there should a sentence of two encouraging request-makers to report artists who are CLEARLY putting out shoddy requests just to be seen as an illustrious volunteer. Not sure if that would work but it might be worth a go if the situation deteriorates. -------------------

We're keeping an eye on people who seem to be doing requests for the sake of doing requests. So far I don't think there are people motivated only by winning VotM, but that just aren't very good. People can always request other options if the first one is really bad. Unless they're just being picky, I wouldn't have a problem with that. -------------------

I'm launching a crazy cool new website Feb 1st, and I was making a feature on it so new members who don't even have the simplest idea of how to make an avatar can choose from a list of pre-made, ready to go avatars. Was thinking of making an open call thread in here (using the guidelines obv) if anybody feels like making unique avatars with no real set purpose. Would be kinda fun to see what people come up with and I don't see what harm it would do. If people wanna post up a few avvies or not its all good. Would that be possible to do or are you guys feeling a no? Figured I should ask as its not a direct request for images.
