	AFC Wimbledon \| Back Where We Belong by Jakeyd Accomplished writer Jakeyd has added another to his collection of popular SOMS’ with his latest attempt. Past experience from his Manchester United stories certainly has helped him with both presentation and results in game. With the story starting in 2014, it’s a nice break from most SOMS’ set in the present. The futuristic look on teams, players and results alike make for an interesting read. The story has an easy to understand archive in the 2nd post to help people navigate throughout the SOMS. The simple but effective updates show that pictures aren’t always needed in an update. With text features used appropriately and interesting add-ons (for example, fans texting in comments etc.), JakeyD has shown that he’s a serious contender for July’s SOTM competition. [Vote JakeyD] Zimbabwe – The Start of Something Special by Pro King With this being Pro King’s only 3rd venture in to SOMS writing in the 09 forums, he could still be considered somewhat of a newbie to story writing, but this hasn’t held him back. He’s held his own against some of the most talented story writers in the forums and has got comments from a host of people across the message boards. With an original team choice and a neat and tidy layout, this is easily Pro King’s best effort at a SOMS yet and the moderating team realized this by nominating it for SOTM. Updates come in thick and fast with the results not being too shabby either, for quite a lesser nation. Pro King may be thought of to some people as the underdog in this competition but certainly an underdog worth taken a bet on. [Vote Pro King] Real Madrid: Rise Back To The Top by messa113 Being a team as big as Real Madrid will always have large expectations both in-game and from members reading. Despite this, messa113, has done very well to create a SOMS with great writing, great results and an impeccable layout. The pre-season updates were phenomenal with every ounce of information being relevant to the update, without going overboard and boring the reader. The individual updates for each import and export is something that’s popular amongst the best writers of the now, and messa definitely challenges the best at this. The monthly reviews show that summarising can be just as effective as matchly updates. messa113 has definitely shown he’s know pushover with his latest set of updates which lead him to being just as strong a candidate as any other in this contest. [Vote messa113] Golden Skies by Skadoosh With this being Ska’s third entry in to the SOTM, I’m sure he knows what it’s like to be in this situation. Golden Skies is his latest venture in to story writing and is another Liverpool story. Famed for his stories on his beloved Liverpool, Skadoosh’s first attempt at a Liverpool SOMS in the 09 forum was cut short due to an technical error. Back to fight his club’s corner one more time is Golden Skies. A sensual blend of casual writing with a serious plot shows his diversity when coming to write updates on matches among other things. There are some things you come to expect with a Skadoosh SOMS with the most important being a nice layout. And he hasn’t disappointed. The “bordered pictures” in which Ska’s famed for are evident. The layout is once again immense and, like messa’s Madrid SOMS, the monthly summaries are a breath of fresh air. Coupled with great results, the story makes for an excitable read.
