I accidentally landed on Sage Freke's head and he started attacking me - Page 2

I love my Faith build better than my Dex build. But it's true I don't have a range weapon, and sometimes that can be a problem. I don't even have offense magic or miracles since I'm a melee/faith build, just warding, or second chance. But I destroy everyone in PvP with my Blessed Mirdan Hammer +5.

Yeah I see, yesterday I destroy 2 blues and the host with my Blessed Hammer.

Sorry hear about your experience with Freke, TC. I've actually dropped on top of him by accident a few times myself. Funny thing is that I was doing it while trying to shortcut to him from the staircase he's sitting next to! "I was SO eager to see you that I couldn't help myself, Sage Freke the Visionary!" I got him to stand and scold me during those moments, but I've yet to actually aggro him. Maybe because my characters are anorexic females or something who manage to wield Blessed Great Swords and Meat Cleavers anyways despite their noodle arms. Freke did mention being intrigued over how female inituition factors into witchcraft as opposed to his logical deconstruction of demon souls for mastering the soul arts, so maybe he's partial to the ladies!

If it makes you feel better, I ended up nailing him with a Hyper Mode heavy arrow right between the eyes anyways while completing the Mephistopheles events just before wrapping up New Game. You know how NPCs in the Nexus keep looking in your direction after you've spoken to them? I decided to have a final chat with Freke specifically for the purpose of having him stare at me afterward while I zoomed in on his face... with my Sticky Compound Longbow +5. Say cheese Freke!

Just rescue Yuria, the Witch and then you can atleast get your spells changed.
