Seriously, she really is. At least if you play as Amuro. She's shown up on the other side in a decent number of my missions while playing as Amuro. I defeat her easily as she doesn't bother to fight back... and she's still at the top end of the spectrum on pilot/character relations.

It has something to do with 'unrequented love' I thinks. I get the same thing when playing as Juda. Puru, Puru two and Emily just wont fight back (sans the Psyco Gundam and Quin Mantha rounds) Roux has no problem trying to gun me down and run me through though.

Thats because there are missions where she has to kick his ass and has no problem doing it either XD
