When does the horsey one we're winning conclude? 9th I think. 1st at the moment. There's another one that we're first in that finishes on the 7th as well. Looking at the possible medals, I'd think; Guaranteed at least 2 Silvers from Murray + Robson Ben Ainslee is on course for at least a Silver A few Cycling golds still available - could sweep those. Tim Brabants in the canoeing events (Think he's in two?) We still have a strong showing in the Boxing too with 9 people in the men's and women's. -------------------

	Bolt is 95%. This track is stupidly quick, nobody noticed but I think 6 women ran under 11 seconds, quickest final in history I think I saw. Gatlin is a drugs cheat yeah, but so is Blake (I think). If the WR is ever to be broken, it'll be tomorrow evening. The track is the fastest there's ever been, and the strength of the competition is as well. The bleep Was looking forward to Murray's match, I'm quite fond of a 3 set as it doesn't drag. But for some reason tomorrow is a five setter. Hmmmm. Be tough for Murray, especially afterwards if he loses two Wimbledon finals in a month. 	Didn't realise that the yank that finished second in the 10k was also part of that Nike Oregon Project like Mo. Didn't know much about it but been reading up the last hour or so, really interesting. -------------------

	I welled up at Farah definitely, as well as shouting myself hoarse on the last lap. These people are just total heroes, and just make you think what a bunch of dickheads footballers are by comparison. 	Can't see past Bolt for the 100m tomorrow. I reckon he has basically been trolling all year and will walk it. Don't think he's in world record shape but if he gets anywhere near it, no one gets anywhere near him. I welled up a bit when Ennis was crying in her interview and the reaction of the women rowers when they crossed the line got me a bit too.
