	Yeah you can definitely do that if you eat at a calorie deficit, gym just speeds things up a bit. I'm now using weights as a method to lose weight whilst toning up a bit instead of cardio. seems to be working ok so far. love going to the gym on sundays, nobody's there cos everyone and their dog is hungover. ------------------- #pqte

	decided a couple weeks ago to go all out on fitness to lose a little bit more fat and gain a bit more muscle before i go to bulgaria and turkey. gym five times a week minimum (chest/biceps, back/triceps, shoulders/legs, core/cardio, repeat). plus i play football every thursday night so i'm active for six days out of seven. only done it for like 2 weeks so far if that but i'm really enjoying it and now i work 09:00-17:30 as opposed to shifts i can have some structure and consistency. i'm also eating a lot better (lots of chicken and rice) and i have purchased some supplements (hot rox) which assist in reducing fat. they make you buzz of your tits and give you random erections which is interesting. normally i would've just used ketosis but there will be a few times during the next few months where i will pretty much have to drink so i can't go fully no carb and drifting in and out of ketosis is long. i also only drink water/cordial (no alcohol apart from special occasions). if i notice nothing has changed much by the end of april i will just hit ketosis and then ive got almost two months to lose fat which should be good for 1.5st/2st weight loss. so yeah that's me. how is everyone else getting on? ------------------- #pqte
