	I get my supplements over at myprotein prices are pretty hard to beat over there. And wba_4_eva all the protein I've had recommends around 150ml of water/milk/yoghurt, always seems to mix perfectly well for me.

	I seem to be the only one that does absolutely bleep all in terms of trying to get fit. With the way I eat and the fact that I don't exercise I'm honestly surprised with how I am not fat. I'm one of the skinniest people you'd ever meet but my diet consists of takeaways, lots of snacks and an irregular eating schedule, and I sit on my arse all day, everyday. I'd rather be athletic than muscular but I need something to motivate me before I go on any sort of regime. I'm of the opinion that my slimness isn't going to last much longer if I keep this up. I'm the guy you fitness buffs love to hate.

I'm the guy you fitness buffs love to hate. Some people are just naturally like that. Your natural BMR is probably quite high. If you're tall too then that always helps! Could also be that you have some gut issues e.g. Crohn's disease, worms. So may not all be so lucky

	haha my mate is like you Exonerate, he eats a ridiculous amount of shit and has hardly got an ounce of fat on him, and yes, i do hate him well more that he can eat whatever he wants and doesn't put owt on yet i have to be ridiculously strict otherwise i get a gut i do enjoy it though. would like to run a 10k before the year is out, maybe 2, and also look at doing a triathlon next year.

	wba_4_eva triathlon is the most gruelling event (I've heard; I've never done one!). It's because you're carrying around muscle for one of them that you don't need for others e.g. powerful arms/torso for swimming is deadweight when you're running/cycling.
