	Working some of my shifts is awful for eating, working 12-10 and you have to grab something fast at work so it'll probably a ready meal or a takeaway for me. 	I could eat tuna all day tbh, only healthy food that I really like. But I like to have at least one cooked meal a day and not easy when you're at work all day. It's either a ready meal or KFC when I'm at work. Suppose I could take something in from home that's already been cooked and heat it up at work but I don't really like doing that. ------------------- Life's a bitch and then you die, that's why we get high

	quote Stu im not going complete health freak on eating, just not eating take away food or drinking at home and i'll lose what I want to anyway, with proper exercise as well. you'll lose weight just from this trust me. i've cut out all alcohol (unless i'm out) and it's worked very well i'm losing weight atm without doing any real exercise (apart from walking at work). i still have some junk food every so often infact today i had chicken and chips. cutting out late night snacks is a big plus as well, i can't remmeber the last night i ate after dinner and if you are hungry eat fruit. it's all about preparing everyday. if you can, on your way to/from work go to the shop and buy some fruit for work or just for home. make your lunch the night before for work, a roll or sandwich is fine since you are walking home from work and it's easy to make. again preparing is the main thing to do, as when you have prepared your food, you won't be inclined to go buy some kfc or some shit probably read this/heard this all before but yeahhh quote Matt 123456789 I could eat tuna all day tbh, only healthy food that I really like.
