but the Liberals will win in my constituency every single time if this goes ahead. The Tory MP won by about 100-200 votes last time, with the Liberal MP in second. And since the Liberal party are the least objectional/offensive/extreme/central party, the majority will put Liberals as second choice, or at least higher up than the Tories or Labour. Shit system.

I often heard 'I'd vote for the Lib Dems if they had any chance of getting in' or 'I'd vote for the Lib Dems except I'd rather the Tories weren't in office so will vote Labour' before the last election. That ain't democracy and AV would prevent that.
AV does have many problems, but in any system where there's more than 2 parties FPTP's nonsensical. And thankfully we aren't such a simplistic bunch of *bleep*ers that we have a 2 party system. When an MP gets in with 29% of votes, meaning 71% could be wholeheartedly against them is just weird, and that happened last election.
