where is the best place to get health?

The Cheats are:
hold A+B+Select then enter these button combinations
-STATUS/ITEM Codes:
All Weapons: left, right, up, down, A, A
Full Armor: left, right, up, down. A, L
15,000 in Cash: left, right, up, down, L, L
Full Health: left, right, up, down, B, B

-COP/GANG Codes:
decrease felony by 1: left, right, up, down, A, R
Increase felony by 1: left, right, up, down, R, A
Toggle between Full Felony, No felony: left, right, up, down, R, R
Toggle Gang Hostility: left, right, up, down, B, R

Also the cheat for mission select is:

At the main menu pres left, right, up, down, L, R then hold start and press A

Scroll down at the main menu and there will be another option (mission select)

If you choose the last mission then complete it then it will only count as one mission done

The other Gang Cheat does not work.
What is it suppose to do ?

You can Find Health everywhere, The best places are in
allyes and at the Hospital, Armor can also be found in
allyes or you can just get into a S.W.A.T Police car and
you get Armor anyway.

Tht is what I do because I don't like using cheats, but
the mission cheat is GOLD !!!

the submission cheats works but the full health and the oter won't work
