In this tournament, you don't get to pick your deck: every game in this tournament will be a mirror match.
Everyone is required to use the below deck (Which will change each round) General rules:
Obviously, you can't change the deck. I can't find out if you do, but please refrain from cheating
The games will be matches

No Effect Veiler or Maxx "C"

I like this idea. It's a great test of skill. I'll do it, but I don't know when I'll be able to get on the DN. I'm on kind of at random. Stupid internet filters. Notify me when it gets going.
This would be really rad if it weren't Wind-Ups. Why exactly did you choose this archetype, if I may ask?
I don't see a problem with Wind-Ups?
It has a large toolbox thats (generally) readily available. Mirror matches with the deck tend to go back-and-forward when one side doesn't get shut down by a Shock Master.
I'm in. But, what does it mean when you, •Wind-Up Hunter cannot be sided out of the Main Deck •The 3 Upstart Goblins MUST be sided out each game?
The games will be played in match format. During games 2/3 of a match, you can exchange cards between your main and side deck.
However, with these added rules,
You can't exchange Wind-Up Hunter from your main deck for any other card. This is to encourage everyone to find new combinations with Hunter
You have to exchange the 3 Upstart Goblins for another card in your side deck. This is to encourage everyone to actually side something.
I see. Thats why you said that the side deck would play a bigger role here. Also. I am not that great at competative Yu-Gi-Oh. That;s why I don't usually take part in the convos here. I have no idea what you guys are talking baout. >_<

Erm. He gives you the exact build that you are required to use. You are not allowed to make changes. There will be no deck building involved on your part.
