i had this game for ps2 and it was alright and stuff but whats new about the game. it looks the same as the ps2 version that i had last year cause i looked on the back of the cover and it was the same thing.

Apparantely you can have alternate costumes for your character, and a very hard mode and some other stuff. But it has been improved from the ps2 version.

Only drawback is that it seems like there's more slowdown at times when doing a 2 player game.

But on the up side of things, in 2 player mode, the game looks alot better than the PS2 version. Noticed that right off the bat.

Well I've noticed that the reach on some peoples attacks has been significantly reduced, mainly on Gan Nings first X attack and Zhao Yuns 3rd X attack. It's so annoying. And yes there is dramatic slowdown at some places.

I have noticed some slowdowns when people initiate their death/musou attack. This is because (if you haven't noticed) the game, this time, is programmed to do full screen anti-aliasing (smoothing) to create a nice effect but at the cost of performance.

The 2-player has some slowdowns and some graphical effects have been removed to keep the game running smoothly.

I dont actually mind the slowdown that much. It only happens when both of the players do a double mosou and when you do a single mosou with a screen full of enemies.

You can choose the appearance of you bodyguards: Lady Guard, Amazoness, Nanman, Regular, and i think a few others.

i think of the slow downs kinda like a matrix effect, its fun when u get hit lol u fly backwards all slow.. ahh the matrix, just beat it today finally

Its not really like the Matrix, its just slow but less cool. The appearance of BG's is very cool too.

The other difference is that you get to unlock two new characters, Fu Xi and Nu Wa.
