You can get Red Hare without setting the time, but you must use lvl 50 character both with Lady Luck (Liu Bei, Guan Ping, Xiao Qiao, Zhen Ji and Yuan Shao), then use a horses that has Find saddle ability. I just got Red Hare two days ago:), it sooooo fast, it's hard to get. Trust me.

Make sure the horses you are upgrading Consider the world and have heavenly physique.

I have 3 King, but no Red Hare,, I do Chang Ban, Cao Cao side with Liu Bei lv50, with Grey King horse,, Kill peasant n got saddle crate then quickly kill Liu Bei,, I got Dapple King. Now I thing it's matter of luck.. I will try until I got Red Hare..

the best horse i got is called Ultimate Dasher. cool right. But it blows compared to the red hare
