Earthen Jug question *spoiler*

In the werewolf ruin place there's a small fountain, an earthen jug, and an alter. Someone told me I was supposed to fill the jug, pray at the alter, take a small sip of the water, then dump the rest of the water back.

The only problem is that whenever I pray at the alter the water evaporates....then I go fill it back up, place it on the alter (again) and then take a sip, then pour it back, but when I pour it back...nothing happens....What am I doing wrong?

So after you prayed at the alter the jug still had water in it?

Do you have to have all the other pieces of the Juggy armour for it to work? I think I'm missing one

Just got done with it, do you think I, an arcane warrior using spell weaver and dragon blood armour, should use this armour instead of the dragon blood? And should I be using spell weaver or starfang?
