	Log in to remove this sponsored message Well I made a mistake awhile ago and bought an open box Mobo from Newegg. My buddy and I were putting it together and he said that a few things looked iffy, well lo and behold, I think I found out why my new system was locking up at random and now won't turn on at all. The SATA1 port completely fell out of the motherboard so it's time for a new one!! I have an i5-750 so I guess I need an LGA1156 one? Other things I have, if it matters: Nvidia 9800GT 2x 4GB DDR3 Annnnd that's it. lol I don't want to cheap out this time, just a nice run of the mill/better than average board would be great! ------------------- 99 Trans Am - Lid, Cam, LTs, O/R Y, SLP LM2, 4.10s, Built T56, Monster Stage 2 Clutch. 	I'd look into Asus and Gigabyte boards that meet your standards (PCI-e x16, etc). You are correct on the socket type. Just make sure the board supports DDR3 and you should be fine. Also, and I reckon you know this, if you have a m-ATX case, you'll need a m-ATX board.
