Help With Outfitting

I have $300 to spend for Christmas, and I would like to build my own computer. I would like to get some info on what I should get, keeping within my range. Here is the case I want.

Fill it up for me. (metaphorically) Needs all but... well, it needs everything. Also, keep in mind that this will be for gaming, so I need excellent quality stuff, and big processors, and cards.

CS:S and G-mod mostly. I just need a good processor and videocard basically, and a big HDD

Ok, that'd be cool. What I really meant was a good processor and graphx card. this piece of shit laptop I'm playing on now only has an AMD athlon 64 P.O.S. Any way, thank you, oh umm, cooling has always been a problem for me too, so if a cheap liquid cooled system would be feasible, or even a couple good fans would be nice, I'd appreciate it if you could find one. I suck at looking for crap. I know I'm already asking a bit much, but if you could like... make a list of all this stuff, and their approximate prices, I'd be much obliged. Thank you.
