use ntfs for dos, should solve your problem
a bunch of pre made boot CD images based that use http://www.free-av.com/en/tools/11/avira_ntfs4dos_personal.html or http://www.google.com/search?q=dos+boot+cd+ntfs

I must confirm that I have exactly the same problems with tis mobo as written in the conclustion.
Bud I dont know if this is a MSI issue or generaly the P45 express chipset issue, but I was not able to run it stably beyond FSB450. I even reached FSB533*7.5 + RAM@1066 buy with crazy voltages and the system restarts randomly. Sometimes it is not even able to post after a succesful run...I realy do not understand this mobo behaviour :-) I still can return my mobo to my retailer so I already go a P5Q deluxe for future tests, so I'll go check your other article
