I've bought the 9650 and an ASUS Rampage Extreme mobo. I'm putting in 8gb of OCZ DDR3 1600Mhz SDRAM.
All of it is going into a CoolIT Systems Boreas MTECH Chassis. Do you think I could get my cpu stable at 4.5Ghz or even higher with that case and the liquid cooling? | |

I'd probably run it at 4GHz - 4.5 is pushing it, and will likely cause it to die much sooner.
